Your care plan provides ongoing support for your WordPress website, including routine troubleshooting, maintenance and assistance when issues arise. Work performed by Georgia Web Development as part of your care plan is supported and corrected when necessary without deducting time from your monthly support allocation.
Pre-existing issues, third-party plugin or theme conflicts, hosting problems, malware remediation and other issues outside the scope of work performed by Georgia Web Development may require additional development time. We’ll always discuss any additional work with you before charges are incurred.
24/7 Uptime Monitoring
Your WordPress website is monitored 24/7 for availability so we can identify potential downtime and respond when issues arise. Ongoing care also includes routine WordPress and plugin maintenance, performance oversight and supervision of your hosting provider’s website backup system to help ensure backups are being maintained and your website remains stable and operating reliably.
24/7 Technical Support
We provide priority technical support for issues affecting your WordPress website and respond promptly to support requests. Critical issues involving website downtime receive priority attention so problems affecting your website’s availability can be addressed as quickly as possible.
1 Hour Per Month – WordPress Developer / Designer Support
Your plan includes up to 1 hour of WordPress development and support each month. Use this time for content and page updates, plugin configuration, minor design or functionality improvements, troubleshooting and other ongoing WordPress website needs.
Included support time is allocated monthly and does not roll over or accumulate. If a request requires more than your available monthly support time, we’ll let you know in advance and can provide additional development time with your approval.
All WordPress development and support is performed in-house in the USA by Georgia Web Development. We do not outsource your WordPress website work overseas, giving you direct access to experienced developers who understand WordPress and the technical requirements of maintaining a professional website.

WordPress Care Plan Scope
Our WordPress Care, Maintenance & Support Plan is designed for ongoing maintenance, technical support, monitoring and minor development needs. Major WordPress upgrades requiring extensive development, troubleshooting of pre-existing issues, malware remediation, server migrations, third-party plugin or theme conflicts, custom integrations and larger development projects may require additional development time.
New WordPress Care Plan clients may require an initial review of the website, hosting environment, theme, plugins and other technical requirements before service begins. Plan pricing starts at $79 per month and may vary based on the condition, complexity and support requirements of the WordPress website.
Backup availability, frequency, retention and restoration capabilities depend on the services provided by your website hosting provider. Georgia Web Development monitors and supervises available backup systems as part of your care plan but does not control third-party hosting infrastructure or backup services.
Any work outside your included monthly support allocation will be discussed with you before additional charges are incurred.
